Automatic Payment Capture & Completion Confirmation
When a Customer posts a Run, their payment method is authorized for the full amount.
Completion Confirmation
• After a Runr marks a Run as completed, the Customer has 24 hours to:
• Confirm completion, or
• Report an issue through the platform
Automatic Capture
If the Customer does not take action within 24 hours:
• The Run is automatically considered completed
• Payment is captured in full
• The Runr is paid accordingly
Failure to Confirm Completion
Failure to confirm completion does not delay or prevent payment to the Runr.
ErrandRunr may rely on:
• Runr-submitted proof of completion
• Platform activity records
• Communication logs
Disputes & Refusals to Pay
If a Customer disputes or refuses payment without valid cause:
• The payment may still be captured
• The Runr may be compensated
• The Customer’s account may be suspended or terminated
ErrandRunr reserves the right to limit, restrict, or ban users who abuse the platform.
