Important Service Guidelines
At ErrandRunr, we’re committed to making life easier with safe, reliable, and convenient errands. To ensure everyone’s safety and clarity, here are some important guidelines about what our Runrs can and cannot do:
Multiple Errands Welcome
Need more than one thing done at once? Not a problem! Runrs can handle bundle requests (Ex. Grocery pickup and a package drop-off in the same trip) making you experience even more efficient.
Children & Minors
At this time, Runrs cannot provide transportation for children or be responsible for supervising minors
Medical Services
Runrs are not permitted to handle medical emergencies, provide medical care, or transport prescription-controlled substances. They may, however, assist with standard pharmacy pickups.
Appointments & Waiting
Appointments and waiting services are strictly limited to physical presence only. Runrs do not supervise work, accept deliveries, make decisions, authorize services, or assume responsibility for property, third parties, or outcomes.
Safe & Legal Only
All errands must be legal, safe, and appropriate for completion by an independent contractor. Errands that involve unsafe, unlawful, or high-risk tasks will be declined.
ErrandRunr does not provide:
- Medical care, medical advice, or prescription medication delivery
- Legal services, legal filings, or notarization
- Financial services (bank deposits, withdrawals, money handling beyond purchases)
- Passenger transportation (no rideshare services)
- Moving heavy furniture or labor-intensive work
- Home repairs, construction, or skilled trade work
- Childcare, elder care, or supervision services
- Any illegal, unsafe, or regulated activity
ErrandRunr reserves the right to decline any request.
